Two artists in dialogue at Huyen Art House. Lê Văn Trọng's paintings capture the human figure as little more than a faint trace, present yet on the verge of dissolving, recognizable yet blurred into the currents of contemporary life. Layers of paint overlap, scratch and intersect into a landscape where we remain solitary beings among the forces beyond ourselves. Aura Nguyễn's site-specific floral installations are a gentle counterpoint: rather than filling the solitude, nature reveals itself through flowers and the rhythms of time, a reminder that beyond the self there is still a world that blooms, fades and begins again.
